I started running in my 20s. Deciding to chase my potential was the best thing I ever did, now I want you to reach yours and to love running as much as I do!

As well as an MPhil from the University of Cambridge and PhD from the University of St Andrews, I have a certificate in the Science of Exercise from the University of Colorado Boulder and am enrolled in a professional course in Strength and Conditioning at Barça Innovation Hub (part of FC Barcelona).

Ultra Potential athletes are a friendly group of like-minded runners, motivating each other and cheering everyone’s achievements, whether that’s a first ultra or a first place.

There are no cookie cutter plans here, every plan is personalised. Basic plans start from just £4.50 a week, premium plans have unlimited contact and thorough race prep. There’s something for everyone from beginners to seasoned runners.
