This plan prepares you for a 100 mile race. Over the first eight weeks we’ll lay a strong foundation of easy and moderate base running before transitioning to easy and faster running in the second eight weeks.

I’ll research your race to make sure the training is suitable for the course and 2-4 weeks out we’ll have a zoom call to talk through race logistics, strategy, nutrition and pacing.

Like all my plans we start with a zoom call too to make sure the training is suitable for where you are - and where you want to get to.
