This is an ideal, basic schedule for someone preparing for a big race. We’ll get started with a 15-minute Zoom, after which your schedule may be adjusted every two weeks depending on how you are adapting to (and enjoying!) your training. Adjustments, if needed, will be made in response to training data and any comments you make on completed runs on Training Peaks. The basic schedules do not include 24/7 coach contact.
