This ten-week personalised plan is aimed at athletes with at least 6 months’ consistent training in the bank who want to get faster. Your first two weeks will focus on preparation for speed, then you will have eight weeks of progressive, high intensity sessions alongside easy and recovery running.

This plan is for you if:

  • you have neglected speed whilst focusing on longer events

  • you have have never done speedwork (or none in the last 4 months)

  • you have reached a PB plateau

  • it’s autumn / early winter and you have a spring marathon or ultra in your sights

You also get:

  • pre-plan zoom call, and another between weeks 4 and 6 (your choice)

  • feedback on TrainingPeaks (with your coach checking your training daily and making adjustments if needed)

  • unlimited coach contact through WhatsApp
